During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, phone number, and any other details requested. kiss98 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
- Ensuring that no other party uses your account without your authorisation.
- Notify kiss98 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- All activity that takes place under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party with or without your knowledge.
Kiss98 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
Users of the kiss98 platform agree to comply with all applicable usage rules. Any violation may result in action including account suspension or closure, as well as forfeiture of any associated balance.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kiss98 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or operate the platform.
- Any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of vulnerabilities within the platform.
- Sharing or transferring account funds to another party for the purpose of money laundering.
- Using another person's account or creating an account on someone else's behalf.
- Any action that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects other users' experience.
- Spreading false information, harmful content, or any material that violates Malaysian law.
Kiss98 reserves the right to pursue legal action against users involved in fraudulent activity or who cause losses to the platform or other users.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the kiss98 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). kiss98 supports a range of local payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including online banking via FPX, e-wallets, and other approved methods from time to time.
Payment-related terms to take note of:
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are determined by the selected payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within a set timeframe, depending on the payment method used and any account verification requirements.
- Kiss98 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until the user's identity has been fully verified.
- Any attempt to conduct suspicious transactions or transactions that contravene anti-money laundering policies will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities.
- Deposited funds may not be transferred to other users or used for any purpose other than permitted gaming activities on the platform.
Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers are the user's responsibility and will not be borne by kiss98.

The kiss98 platform may contain references or links to third-party services or content. kiss98 has no control over such content and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Amendments and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Kiss98 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the kiss98 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all pending transactions have been settled.
Amendments to Terms
Kiss98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Governing Law
